Security deposit, 500 €

The agency will be happy to help you organize your stay, advising you and offering you all the information regarding the area for visits, entrances, tastings and reservations in typical local restaurants, to delight and guarantee the success of your holiday.

Services included in the rental rate:

• Bed and bath linens (upon request) week cleaning
• Swimming pool (6x12m)
• Final cleaning
• Free Wi-Fi

Paid services:

• Final cleaning € 250
• Heating: cost on consumption (€ 4,00 per m3 of gas)
• Electricity: cost on consumption (0,3 € per Kwh)
• Tourist tax not included in the rental price, € 2.00 per person per day for the first 4 days. Children under 12 are exempt from the tourist tax.

Holiday stay

During high season only weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday will be accepted, during the periods of medium / low season, requests for stays of less than a week may be examined, however with a minimum of three nights.

Terms of payment & Reservations

For booking confirmation we require the deposit of 30% of the total amount, to be paid by bank transfer or postal order. The balance will be paid upon arrival at the facility. The deposit will be paid 60 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation 60 days or more before arrival date the 30% deposit will be retained in full.
In case of cancellation between 60 and 30 days before arrival 50% of the entire amount will be retained.
Beyond this date the entire amount will be retained.
