La Balzea

The agriturismo is situated in Loc. S. Pietro a Cegliolo, 2.5 km far from Cortona, area of landscape and archaeological interest to enjoy the activities of hiking, walking and biking.

The agriturismo in Cortona, Tuscany, is equipped with swimming pool and large outdoor areas. It is composed by a main estate, a single dwelling unit spread over two floors, with Il Pino and Cipresso apartments. This residence has been modified and expanded over time. The oldest part probably was built in the eighteenth century.

In front of the main estate is located La Casina, the third apartment of the agriturismo, formerly a barn outbuilding.
