La Casina

La Casina is the third apartment in the Agriturismo La Balzea, Cortona, Tuscany. A real depandance in the agriturismo, it is placed near the main estate. La Casina was formerly a barn outbuilding. It is suitable for families, can accommodate 4 guests.

A small building equipped with every comfort: TV in the living room, great wood fireplace working, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwaves oven, electric oven, dishware, eating utensils, washing machine, electric oven, electric iron.

In the ground floor large dining room and kitchen, bathroom with shower box, and one king bedroom. In the second floor there is a double bedroom equipped with two single beds. Ideal holiday accommodation for rent in Tuscany, for families wide outdoor areas to enjoy lunches and relax time.

All the rooms provide central heating and central cooling systems working separately.
